Salmon n' Bannock

Salmon n' Bannock is an Indigenous restaurant on West Broadway. The kitchen serves wild salmon and free-range game, and bakes bannock every morning, including a gluten-free loaf. Signature bannock comes out about the size of a hockey puck, with butter and a rotating berry jam.
