Pallet Coffee Roasters

Pallet Coffee Roasters started in East Vancouver in 2014. The company roasts in the city, bakes pastry in its own commissary, and runs neighbourhood cafes, including a room that opened at 2035 Yukon Street in Olympic Village in July 2026.

The roastery headquarters is at 395 Alexander Street. @palletcoffee is the place they announce new cafes and new coffees.
